Ignorance of Burden
Unfortunately the first dance, Together Alone of In Some Language was not recorded and about a third of Ignorance of Burden is missing. As happens in rehearsals, the dancers are still working out the movements, sequences, endurance, timing, and much more. In this video you can see Jimmy drop Beth while they work on one of the back falls in the piece.

Reprise
The finale of In Some Language takes elements from the two duets that comprise the work and ties the movements and the four dancers together.

Recovery
Choreographed and performed by Gunild Pak, this work is a personal expression of emotions through movement and healing.

Bootlegging
Choreographed and performed by Christopher Murry Ivins and Jimmy Miklavcic. Bootlegging was created out of the motional retrictions from wearing ski boots.

All of a Sudden
Choreographed and performed by Elizabeth A. Miklavcic, this work is about remembering lost chances.

A History of Timeless Connections
Created by guest choreographer Kathryn Elliott for Another Language Performing Arts Company. This work was performed by Elizabeth A. Miklavcic and Gunild Pak, with actress Rachel Deirmenbjian. A History of Timeless Connections is about when close siblings have to part. This rehearsal took place in the brand new dance building on the University of Utah campus that opened to the public in the summer of 1989.
