Choreographed by Elizabeth A. Miklavcic this work is about having and continuing to obtain too much stuff. It is also a comment on couture and how "fashion" is a point-of-view. Elizabeth performed in this work for the Brown Bag concert at the American Towers/Red Lion Plaza in Salt Lake City. The performance was held outside, at noon, in August, the temperature between 95-100 degrees fahrenheit. |

Inspired by Magic In My Shoes written by Kolette Montague, A Look Back is about a young child going to the shoe repair shop to have new taps put on the bottom of his/her shoes. Elizabeth was continuing her experiments with combining modern and tap dance movements and this was her first time memorizing and performing prose with dance. |

Choreographed by Elizabeth A. Miklavcic this dance is a comment on the proliferation of plastic bottles. The rhythmic hitting was symbolic of environmental impact. The toy tops the dancers pull out of their pockets at the end of the dance represents the earth spinning. In hindsight this work was about fifteen years ahead of its time. |

(1990) Corn Husks
Choreographed by Gunild Pak the essence of this work stems from the bonds between women and nature, earth and light, seasons and submission, sound and silence. The sounds of paper wrinkling and swaying becomes part of the score. Paper is torn and wrapped around bodies, thrown into the air and used like sand in the sand paintings as in native cultures. This work debuted for Another Language Performing Arts Company's On The Gutting Ledge Concert June 1-3, 1990. |
