Educational Outreach - Lecture Demonstrations and Residencies

	Lecture Demonstration This lecture demonstration performance took place at Rosslyn Heights Elementary School in Salt Lake City, on August 29, 1990. It was the first day of school and the Principal wanted Another Language to incorporate civic responsibility concepts into the performance.
	Lecture Demonstration As part of the Utah Performing Arts Tour, an educational outreach component was incorporated into the performance residency. Another Language gave a lecture demonstration performance, on November 30, 1990 to the second graders at Parley's Park Elementary School in Park City, Utah. Later that evening the company performed at the Egyptian Theatre on Main Street.
	Orchesis Dance Company Residency Elizabeth A. Miklavcic was invited by Jeanne Travers the Chair of Dance at Weber State University to choreograph a work on the members of The Orchesis Dance Company. This dance uses fifties era music to evoke a light-hearted look at the many combinations and feelings of love and partnership.
